Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy applies to consumers who buy the e-book “Almost Generics in PHP” (PDF) directly on dogan-ucar.de. Deutsche Fassung.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Ucar Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Feldstraße 1, 65719 Hofheim am Taunus, Germany, email info@ucar-solutions.de, phone +49 6192 98 99 814, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You can also use the withdrawal function on our website. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. If you use the withdrawal function, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt by email without undue delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performing the contract, after you

1. have expressly agreed that we begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period expires,
2. have confirmed your knowledge that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, and
3. we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (email).

When you buy the PDF, we ask for this consent before you place the order. Delivery begins with the email containing your download link.
